GoTaq® G2 Flexi: Freedom to Optimize Mg Concentration

GoTaq® G2 Flexi DNA Polymeraseは製造過程の改良によって、様々な種類のPCRテンプレートを確実に増幅し、再現性と安定性の向上した高い性能を示します。酵素はTaq DNA polymerase全長ですので、5´→3´ エクソヌクレアーゼ活性を持ちます

GoTaq® G2 Flexi DNA Polymeraseは50%グリセロールを含む独自組成の水溶液で、PCR最適化のためマグネシウムイオンフリーの二種類のバッファー (5X Green GoTaq® Flexi Reaction Buffer, 5X Colorless GoTaq® Flexi Reaction Buffer)と25mM MgCl2溶液が共に提供されます。5X Green GoTaq® Flexi Reaction Bufferには、青と黄色の色素が含まれており、ゲル電気泳動のマーカーとして使えます。どちらのバッファーも比重が高いため、PCR後直接アガロースゲルに添加できます。また、5X Colorless GoTaq® Flexi Reaction Bufferは、PCR後精製なしに蛍光や吸光度測定に供する場合に適しています。
