Rabbit Anti-Chicken IgY, HRP ConjugateはニワトリIgGに対してウサギで産生された二次抗体です。Anti-Chicken IgY, HRP ConjugateはIgYの重鎖、軽鎖両方を認識し、ウエスタンブロット、ドットブロット、ELISAで使用可能であることを確認しています。

Donkey Anti-Goat IgG, HRP ConjugateはヤギIgGに対してロバで産生された二次抗体です。Donkey Anti-Goat IgG, HRP ConjugateはヤギとヒツジIgGに反応性がありますが、ウサギとマウスIgGにもわずかに交差反応が見られます。発色検出法によるウエスタンブロットで使用する場合、希釈率は1:10,000から始めることをおすすめします。
