Quantify Targeted Cell Killing with Confidence
The Bio-Glo-NB™ Luciferase Assay Systems provide a highly sensitive, robust and homogeneous reagent for the detection of cell killing in Promega TCK Bioassays. Bio-Glo-NB™ Assay Reagents contain a cell-impermeable LgBiT that complements a HiBiT-tagged protein of interest in the extracellular media, resulting in a bright, luminescent NanoBiT® luciferase. Bio-Glo-NB™ Luciferase Assay Systems are functionally tested for performance in the Target Cell Killing Bioassays and intended for use with those products.

HiBiT TCK Bioassay Luminescence Reporter Enables Time Course Measurements
Bio-Glo-NB™ TCK Reagent is Optimized for Use to Include Extended Co-culture Applications. Bio-Glo-NB™ TCK Reagent is optimized for batch and continuous-process handling; the extended bright light output offers high sensitivity, especially for extended incubations. HiBiT target cells were incubated with the respective CAR-T cells at the indicated time points before Bio-Glo-NB™ TCK Reagent was added. Panel A. Raji (HiBiT) cells. Panel B. H929 (HiBiT) cells.
