Hands-Free Purification of Genomic DNA in 30–40 Minutes

Maxwell®16 Blood DNA Purification Kitは、Maxwell 16のSEVフォーマットを使って、全血およびバフィーコートからの自動DNA抽出のために最適にデザインされています。Maxwell® 16 Blood DNA Purification Kitは、ヒトの血液だけでなく、動物の血液にもご利用いただけます。また、新鮮血および保存血の両方に適用できます。400μlまでの全血に対応しており、DNAの標準収量は15μg程度（白血球数による）です。組織、細胞、マウス尾、FFPE切片に適したキットもご用意しております。さまざまなDNAサンプルに対応しています。

【性能】製品概説

Maxwell 16 Blood DNA Purification Kit delivers consistent yield for amplification.

DNA isolated from blood samples obtained from 6 donors. Panel A. Aliquots from each sample were resolved by agarose gel electrophoresis (lane M, Lambda DNA/HindIII Markers). Panel B. Equal volumes of each sample were amplified using a primer pair specific for Human Growth Factor II gene (lane M, DNA ladder; lane B, no-template control).
