FuGENE® SIトランスフェクション試薬は、穏やかで無害なsiRNAトランスフェクションを実現. Lipofectamine™ RNAiMAXによるsiRNAノックダウン効率を上回るFuGENE® SI. ウェスタンブロットにより確認されたLipofectamine™ RNAiMAXを上回るFuGENE® SIのsiRNAノックダウン効率. ヒトMDA-MB-468細胞を6ウェルプレートで、1ウェルあたり 7.5µl の FuGENE® SI Transfection Reagent または 7.5µl の Lipofectamine™ RNAiMAXを用い、40pmol の標識ターゲティングsiRNAまたは陰性/陽性コントロール（Silencer® Select siRNA、Invitrogen社製）でリバーストランスフェクションを行った。トランスフェクションから 72時間後に細胞を回収し、ウェスタンブロットで標的遺伝子 STAT3 と CEBPB の発現を解析した。ここに示したウェスタンブロットは、市場をリードする競合品と比較して、FuGENE® SIによる強固で優れたノックダウンを示している。
